Introduction to Drawing with Perspective (4 sessions)

A drawing class for ages 14-18 taught by Matthew Shelley. 4 sessions. Limited spots open. Do you wonder how artists create the illusion of three-dimensional space? In this introductory drawing course, students will learn the fundamentals of perspective. Through engaging, hands-on projects, students will explore one-point, two-point, and three-point perspectives while learning to draw objects and forms from different viewpoints. The class will also introduce architectural drawing and techniques to create visual depth, scale, and spatial relationships. Students will develop their observation and drawing skills while learning how perspective can make their artwork feel more realistic, dynamic and three-dimensional.
