Join New Pond Farm's Apiary Manager Ann Murray for a one-hour exploration of honey that engages all your senses. You'll taste several distinct honeys and learn how different flowers, seasons, and landscapes contribute to their varied flavors, aromas, colors, and textures. Ann, a Certified Honeybee Wellness Trainer with specialized knowledge in honey sensory analysis, will discuss honeybees and their critical importance to farms, gardens, and food systems. This program offers both education and tasting, and appeals to anyone with an interest in honey or curiosity about how it's produced. Admission is $20 per member, $30 per non-member.
